How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original email receipt.

Return Exceptions

Items that have been used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect became apparent during such usage.
Custom made items cannot be returned.

Refund & Fees

Full refund will be issued for defective products should C2 Furniture Limited be unable to provide an identical replacement item within 45 days of the returned item being received.

C2 furniture Limited will always aim to provide a replacement item matching your returned item before offering a refund.

C2 furniture Ltd will pay for the delivery cost of sending the replacement item, however, returning the item(s) posting fees will not be refunded.

This return policy and our guarantee do not affect your statutory rights.
